I have been a customer for four years Zack has always been top shelf doing her very best to assist me with all my questions and service needs . Zack has always done his very best within the guardrails he works within and I very much appreciate his efforts . Sometimes yiur best referral is with a customer who has had a bad experience! Its how zack handled the issue that is what is important . Of course management has a perspective and the associate follows those directions but when zack went to bat for Me over a problem that was service related it showed he was able to find the happy middle ground and thats what makes for a repeat customer !
